Detailed Cost Analysis
A series of one to four rounds of Detailed Estimates providing several accurate reports, enabling the Client, Architect or Contractor to analyse accurately a project’s forecast cost in design element, trade allocation or specific construction detail. This process provides the complete construction shopping list of the project’s global budget to accurately forecast a project’s final tender price.
Contract Cost Assessment
This consists of preparation of pre and post contract budget forecast reports, tender negotiation and sub-contract assessment & construction contract cost assessment and negotiation.
Construction Cost Management
This consists of contract trade letting recommendations and job cost forecasting, preparation of construction progress payment claims and preparation of variation claims and analysis.
